It was almost comical how they had absolutely no answers or solutions to problems caused by their lack of communication. "Snyggt inrett och nära till fina stränder. Trevligt bemötande vid ankomst men endast portugisiska talades. Ofräsch pool utan cirkulation. Vattnet var riktigt smutsigt när vi kom. Det höll de med om och tömde ut hela poolen och fyllde upp igen. Vilket innebar att vi inte kunde bada på en halv dag då det tog lång tid. Några gubbar stod och meckade med sina lantbruksmaskiner precis utanför sovrumsfönstret och såg även in till poolen som endast hade ett lågt staket så det blev inte så...

"Five-star hotel with true five-star service! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and went out their way to make our stay enjoyable. Facilities are stunning (on newer side) and good amenities with tennis/paddle/pickelball courts, gym and heated pool. Only thing missing for a five-star hotel at that price range would be a sauna and/or steam room. Breakfast was included and very good. Would stay again."
