This spacious apartment has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, practicality, and beautiful ocean views, making it the perfect choice for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing stay.

Step into the bright open-plan living area, where a comfortable L-shaped sofa invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. The adjoining dining area, with a table seating six guests, is ideal for sharing meals and special moments together. Large glass doors lead onto the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the refreshing sea breeze.

The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and direct access to a private balcony, creating a peaceful retreat with beautiful ocean views. The second bedroom also offers a comfortable double bed, while the third is furnished with two single beds and benefits from access to an enclosed terrace, providing additional space to relax or for children to enjoy. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The apartment includes two bathrooms for added convenience. One features a refreshing shower and also houses the washing machine, while the second offers a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Fresh towels are provided for your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from a simple breakfast to a delicious family meal.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment located on the 10th floor, including the private balconies and enclosed sunroom. The building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Caniço, perfectly located on Madeira’s sunny southeast coast. Guests can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while being just minutes from the beautiful Reis Magos Beach and the scenic coastal promenade, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and local shops.

The apartment is ideally situated for exploring Madeira’s main attractions, including the historic center of Funchal, the picturesque village of Câmara de Lobos, and the breathtaking viewpoints and levada trails the island is famous for. Nature lovers can also visit the nearby Garajau Partial Nature Reserve, renowned for its crystal-clear waters, diving spots, and the iconic Christ the King Statue overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

It’s the perfect base for discovering Madeira’s natural beauty, outdoor adventures, and unique island charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop is approximately a 2–5 minute walk from the property, with regular connections to Funchal city centre, Caniço, and other areas of Madeira.

As Madeira does not have a railway network, transportation is primarily provided by buses, taxis, and car hire.

Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport (FNC) is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
