Belle Vue Résidence by Atlantic Holiday

Welcome to Belle Vue Résidence by Atlantic Holiday, a stylish and comfortable apartment in Porto Novo, Santa Cruz, Madeira Island. It accommodates up to 4 guests in two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, offering a cozy and restful stay.



The apartment includes one bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and everything needed for cooking. In the living area, you’ll find a Smart TV with a box for entertainment, air conditioning, and a washing machine for your convenience. A hairdryer is available, baby cot, and baby chair are also available upon request.



Step out onto the private balcony and take in the stunning sea views, making this space a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring Madeira. The apartment is accessed by stairs, as there is no elevator. A private garage is available for parking. Please note that due to the property’s location, you may occasionally hear airplanes because of its proximity to the airport.



All bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
