"The email just before arrival was ambiguous. It should have said in bold and or underlined font “you must come to the office before the property to obtain the key!” The office was difficult to find because in fact it is not in the city of the mailing address, but the adjacent city. This caused hours of confusion and frustration. Also, we were disappointed to discover that there were 62 steps between the garage and the bedroom, which is not so easy at altitude for senior citizens. We survived,...
