It should have said in bold and or underlined font “you must come to the office before the property to obtain the key!” The office was difficult to find because in fact it is not in the city of the mailing address, but the adjacent city. This caused hours of confusion and frustration. Also, we were disappointed to discover that there were 62 steps between the garage and the bedroom, which is not so easy at altitude for senior citizens. We survived,...

"Sheltered (not much direct sunshine in winter) but peaceful riverside setting. Clean & modern apartment. Walk into town via river path but car useful/essential. Good shops and restaurants in town or access via excellent bus services. No conventional oven but otherwise reasonably equipped kitchen"

"We really enjoy our time in Ortisei! The listing was exactly as advertised. We even had a small issue and needed to extend the checkout time, which the hosts were gracious enough to extend us to allow for later departure! We did have to buy laundry detergent for the washer and ran low on toilet paper, but everything else was fully stocked, including the kitchen! Would love to be able to come back again and experience a winter in this magical town! "
