Due to language barrier, the checkin process was extremely frustrating. 3. the sound insolation is almost none-existent, especially after we communicated to the contact person yet the building entrance door especially shakes our bedroom every time when someone's using it. "The manager of the property was very nice and helpful, but the owner very strange. The apartment is equipped in a vety basic way which you would not expect in case of property in this price range. Basicaly nothing else than bed, bathroom and kitchen. But things like eletrick cattle, microvave or more than super basic 6 glasses are apparently beyond what the owner considers standard. When we asked about the electric cattle, the owner passed the message that we should heat the watter for the tea...

"Very nice property. Two things to help other guests. 1) Put a lock box at the apartment. Makes getting the key easier . 2) Provide names of local taxi services, as Uber does not work in the St. Christina area."

"The email just before arrival was ambiguous. It should have said in bold and or underlined font “you must come to the office before the property to obtain the key!” The office was difficult to find because in fact it is not in the city of the mailing address, but the adjacent city. This caused hours of confusion and frustration. Also, we were disappointed to discover that there were 62 steps between the garage and the bedroom, which is not so easy at altitude for senior citizens. We survived,...

"Amazing hotel. Absolutely stunning views. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms had private baths.Our host and his wife were very kind and easy to communicate with. The location was fabulous. An easy walk into town with multiple hiking trails nearby and a free bus pass.I would definitely recommend this hotel apartment."
