"We really enjoy our time in Ortisei! The listing was exactly as advertised. We even had a small issue and needed to extend the checkout time, which the hosts were gracious enough to extend us to allow for later departure! We did have to buy laundry detergent for the washer and ran low on toilet paper, but everything else was fully stocked, including the kitchen! Would love to be able to come back again and experience a winter in this magical town! "

"The manager of the property was very nice and helpful, but the owner very strange. The apartment is equipped in a vety basic way which you would not expect in case of property in this price range. Basicaly nothing else than bed, bathroom and kitchen. But things like eletrick cattle, microvave or more than super basic 6 glasses are apparently beyond what the owner considers standard. When we asked about the electric cattle, the owner passed the message that we should heat the watter for the tea...

Bei schlechtem Wetter und am Abend kann man es sich im Pool und in der Sauna gemütlich machen. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung absoluter Luxus, für vier wird es in der Küche ein bisschen eng. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber, der stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt."

"Very clean and new hotel. Beds were nice and firm. Staff was helpful and speaks English. The breakfast being included was helpful; lots of variety. Parking is a bit of tough and I highly recommend not going with a car. The bus is just 5 mins away and the room came with bus passes plus the cable car. There is a very nice bakery across the hotel; but most bakeries are closed on sundays so plan accordingly. "
