"Excellent hotel! Clean, quiet room. Safe, quiet location. Good breakfast. Amazing parking- we were allowed to keep our car on site for a few hours after checking out. Easy walk to UCLA. Staff were great- Jasmine answered a lot of questions, helped me with parking, and recommended a great restaurant in walking distance. This hotel would be my first choice if I need to come back to LA. "

"Owner was very nice and welcoming. You can tell he likes to take care of his property. The room was clean and Inn is at a good location. There’s several food places across the street and it’s close to downtown! Very quiet. Will definitely be back when in the area!"

"Parking was convenient, but 25 fee is unnecessary. The pool was being refurbished and that was a big disappointment. "

"The room was clean and neat and well appointed. The only reason I’m not giving a five star is due to the fact that they allow homeless people to stay the night in the ice machine/snack room. When I was very startled the next morning because I thought he was dead ands not just asleep, I let the front desk know and all they said was oh yeah we’re aware. No real apology or explanation at all, just acknowledgement. I’m a woman traveling alone for business and I did not appreciate having unauthorized people staying in places they shouldn’t be, since they are not guests of the hotel. You also should not be charging for parking either since it’s not in any of the description on the website. Leaving it up to the front desk to tell people about the parking charge is cowardly."
