"Room ready on early arrival, easy parking, warm welcome, room clean, comfortable and very modern, with great view from balcony. The hotel is two buildings, the old Villa which has no lift, and the modern block overlooking the valley, which has the spa, pool, etc. We booked a room with a balcony and were in the new build which has a lift. Evening meal was excellent, breakfast good. Recommended"

"Despite two numerous to count, WhatsApp contacts with the hotel and our attempt to contact Hotels.com we were left in the dark as to which room was ours. We were able to get into the front door, no problem, but the line on our self check-in said your room number is.__! that was not very helpful. We attempted to contact the hotel directly, we were told there would be staff at check-in, but there was no one anywhere to be found, and I was not able to communicate with Hotels.com. Ultimately, we took the room that best matched the photo on our confirmation. Fortunately, it was not the middle of the night as we were trying to check in. I hope the hotel and Hotels.com can resolve this self check-in issue so this never happens to anyone else."

"The room was tiny but ok. Bathroom was clean. The bed was kind of soft and there was only one pillow. The hand towel smelled funny so I didn’t use it. The breakfast buffet was ample with variety of choices; fruits, cold cuts, self serving coffee machine with different types of coffee drinks, selection of different type of teas to choose from, juice bar, breads and pastries etc…but since I am vegan couldn’t eat any except some fruits. The waitress was really friendly and nice, she brought me several vegan biscuits and got me some hot soy milk so I can have a cappuccino. Also I liked the parking. "
