Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the studio apartment "Rosa" is located within a villa in Santa Cesarea Terme. The 35 m² property consists of one big room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning everywhere, a fan as well as a shared washing machine (for up to 9 kg).

The studio apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden with fruit trees, two more terraces with a table football table and a table tennis table, a barbecue and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

The apartment is 100 m from multiple bus stops, 150 m from the sea, the city centre, and the Santa Cesarea Terme. You can access the beach via stairs, and there are sulfur swimming pools as well as beaches with services nearby: Gli Archi beach and il Caicco. A spa centre is located 50 m from the property.
