"Pros: The flat was very clean and comfortable. The Kitchen was very well equipped, perfect for cooking and there is a supermarket right in front of the house. The terrace is spacious and with beautiful views to the mountain. You have to be aware of, is that that la Aldea de San Nicholas is on the west of the island only connected through different serpentine roads with the rest of the island. "Liked our room and our breakfast buffet very much. Would have given this stay a Five Star if the shower temperature did not fluctuate between hot and cold on it own. Also if our view of the ocean was not obstructed by permanent shades that cover the front of the hotel building."

"Feels a bit harsh not to give it as what I going to moan about really can't be helped It's situated on a main road so being on the balcony can be noise and down by the pool you are getting fumes from the road. It's centre based tho so to be expected. Room was great and clean - didn't find it dated like some suggest. Plenty of sun loungers and staff especially housekeeping where very friendly. Suppose the question is would I go back there and the answer is yes. Supposedly a star rating lower to a local hotel within the same brand. You wouldn't know it. 👏 Breakfast was the buffet was all know and love these days."

"Amazing 10 day stay at Axel Beach, as it always is. Aythomi super accommodating to us on arrival, room super clean, cleaning staff are amazing! Shout out to the two guys serving at the pool bar, really great facilities and you really can whatever holiday you want here, had chance to be sociable, but also have some alone time. We have come back many times over the years to Axel Beach, and will continue to do so! Well done on having the great foundations, but even more so for having such brilliant staff."
