Imagine a completely private studio with kitchenette, which is attached to a gorgeous and tranquil Tuscan estate on 1-1/2 acres , nestled in the Montecito foothills, surrounded by palms, lush exotic plants, and colorful flowers. Now are you ready to make memories that will last a lifetime?

The space

Once inside your room, you will be astounded as to how large and spacious it is...It sports an extremely comfortable and adjustable firmness "Sleep Number" queen bed.
The bathroom is equipped with an electronic warm water bidet.
There is also a full kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, free coffee and tea, electric burner, and microwave if you need it.

Guest access

You will have access to your room and bathroom with a private entrance and off-street parking.

Interaction with guests

We are interested in providing the best total experience for our guests...We want them to have the kind of stay that they desire...If they want to interact, we can do that. Or, if they want to be totally private, we will definitely respect that.
That said we would be thrilled to assist you in any way to create beautiful memories of your trip. We can arrange for one of the best masseuses in Santa Barbara to come and give you a very special massage in your room...The cost is: $130/ tissue massage is also available...

Lovely room and beautiful gardens
We enjoyed our stay at the Zen room very much. It is located a short driving distance to many attractions, the beach and a number of hiking trails. The gardens are stunningly beautiful and we particularly liked having our morning coffee outside, listening to the relaxing sounds of the courtyard fountain. Dino was very helpful and available for communication.

A Special Hideaway in Glorious Montecito
Staying at this property was perfect for a 3-day getaway I gave myself! It offers a charming room and a terrific sleep number bed, with full bath. Very private and very serene. The host is helpful and accessible. The flower gardens all around the property are spectacular as is the area that is a beautifully maintained green lawn with swings and sitting areas. Each morning I opened the French doors onto the open-air patio and felt like a princess. Every day I sat at a lovely table and chair set near the burbling fountain, eating breakfast (I ordered delivery as they do not offer food) or having a glass of wine before heading into Santa Barbara or Montecito for dinner. There were many special touches - - fresh flowers tucked into the towels, prettily decorated coffee and tea trays, a fascinating collection of older books on the shelves, a large walk-in closet with room for everything you might need to store there, and more. I cannot wait to go back and spend more time in this location; I love the Santa Barbara area and am so glad to have found such a special place to stay.

A Slice of Heaven
The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The host was helpful but not intrusive. Outdoor area was gorgeous! Listen to his restaurant recommendations, we had fabulous, inexpensive lunch at Los Agaves. Great place for a couples get-away. We hope to return soon!
