A little bit of country living in the city, outdoor dining and sitting area, 10 minutes from mall and 3 minutes from convenience stores, and dining areas, close to public transportation. Safe secure residence with private security. Community pool and basketball court. Sleeper sofa available. House is fully furnished. Feel nice and secure. Parking available. 2 bedrooms, air conditioners in every room. Any questions feel free to reach out. There is a small shopping plaza outside the residence offering various food options. There is another shopping plaza with supermarket and various restaurants approximately 4 minutes away.

This property is great and a real taste of the culture of Santa Anna. The owner, Mario is very helpful and responds to any questions. I would book this again and even consider a long term stay, too.

Good stay

Overall it was good. There were some things that probably need attention. For example the wash machine damaged some of my clothing; I discovered the filter is clogged with calcium deposits and needs to be replaced. The city water is cut almost every day and had to use the emergency reserve in the tank. However, some of these things are not under the control of the host. In general, I was a good stay and wood consider staying there again

House not what expected

I stayed at this property and had to leave a few days to a different one because there were several issues with the house. The place looses water every night around 10pm and the owner said that there was a water pump but it never worked. In addition everyone should know ahead of time that this house has its kitchen and eating area outside and in a country full of mosquito is not ideal. There are gekos outside and also inside which was not ideal there were huge roaches outside by the kitchen area which is not ideal and you can't leave any food out because of outside animals. Cooking at all times was the worst because there were so many mosquito that I got bit so many times every time I tried to cook so opted to not cook. In addition the areas where the dishes were located was full of spiders and spider web because everything is outside. I tried to leave ahead of time and let the owner know but they refused to address the issues with both me and vrbo. Also refused to let me leave ahead of time with any refund so opted to leave the place at my own cost. Overall I would never stay here again and don't recomend this place.
