"Matteo was excellent ! Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dining room staff was also very pleasant. Loved our room with two balconies and a jacuzzi. The separate toilet room also had its own balcony! The one thing we did was move the desk’s location. It made the room bigger and more comfortable. Excellent hotel!"

I had to call the hotel to ask for a QR code, the lady who answer (probably the Owner) wasn't kind and I had to answer her in the same way, because I know how to deal with Italians exactly as they do (sometimes).
