In vacanza sentendosi come a casa

Ringrazio di cuore Serenella per la sua ospitalità, gentilezza, professionalità; presente nel momento del bisogno ma attenta a lasciare all'ospite la sua privacy( e potrei continuare con altri bei aggettivi ). La casa molto comoda e fornita di tutto il necessario; voglio fare i complimenti per la pulizia della casa, semplicemente fantastica, mai visto una casa così pulita in tanti anni di soggiorni. Veramente godibile il porticato per mangiare fuori, il barbecue e la doccia esterna. La casa di trova in una ottima posizione per poter visitare la zona di Sant Antioco e San Pietro ma anche la parte opposta verso Chia. Un saluto speciale al marito Enzo e come non ricordare i due piccoli ma teneri cagnolini Bindi e Toby che in questi giorni ci hanno temuto tanta compagnia. Grazie ancora per averci fatto sentire come a casa, queste per noi sono le vere vacanze!!!! Cristina e Francesco

Ottima esperienza, Serenella è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la casa è molto bella le foto non le rendono giustizia. Pulizia ottima. Nel complesso un'ottima esperienza che ripeterò sicuramente.

SPLENDIDA VACANZA

Siamo stati ospiti di Serenella e possiamo solo dire grazie per l'ospitalità attenta calorosa e al tempo stesso discreta. Il nostro soggiorno è stata una bellissima esperienza. La casa è assolutamente ottima: spaziosa, attrezzata e confortevole. Ideale per una vacanza rilassante per poter visitare gli splendidi posti del luogo. Grazie di cuore.

Non manca niente è perfetta!

Dobbiamo dire che ci è capitato di rado trovare una casa così confortevole, curata negli spazi e molto ,molto pulita. Siamo stati accolti con cortesia ed educazione dalla Sig. Serenella, con orgoglio ci ha mostrato la sua casa e dataci in consegna con poche raccomandazioni, lasciandoci liberi di muoverci ... La casa è spaziosa, con 2 camere e bagno al piano di sopra, con una ottima vista, fresca e confortevole , al piano terra il soggiorno con camino, la cucina spaziosa con tutto il necessario per non preoccuparsi di nulla e un bagno con doccia. Nello spazio esterno , un cortile privato grande, con cancello d'ingresso sul perimetro, un patio ombreggiato con tutti i confort del caso, doccia , camino per il barbecue, sdraio, lavello e addirittura lavatrice! La zona è piena di spiagge e baie, la spiagga vicina è a 3 km, cioè Porto Pino, I propietari si sono sempre sincerati se tutto fosse di nostro gradimento e se ci mancasse qualcosa, che altro aggiungere se non che ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Très bon séjour dans ce gite spacieux et très bien entretenu. Propriétaire charmante et très arrangeante même si on ne parle pas italien! Bonne localisation: au calme et près de la mer. A recommander!

Posizione tranquilla e comoda nella campagna

La casa è molto spaziosa, dotata di tutte le comodità. La padrona di casa è molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. La casa, vicina al mare (circa 2 km), è immersa nella campagna con gli stagni di fenicotteri a due passi. Siamo stati benissimo con le nostre due bambine, che la sera erano allietate dalla presenza dei due cagnolini della padrona, che venivano a giocare nel giardino. Consiglio senz'altro la casa a chi ricerca un po' di tranquillità per le vacanze; e ovviamente il mare della Sardegna non ha bisogno di commenti: dune di Porto Pino, spiagge di Teulada, Chia, Sant'Antioco e San Pietro. Una meraviglia!!

Casa confortevole al centro tra delle spiagge più

Proprietari di casa disponibilissimi e casa in ottime condizioni. Al nostro arrivo ci accolto la Sig.ra Serenella che ci ha fatto gli onori di casa ( al nostro arrivo la casa era super pulita ). la casa si trova a circa 2km-2,5km dal centro di Porto Pino. E' possibile andare alle fantastiche Dune di Porto Pino in bicicletta o a piedi. Da questa località si raggiungono spiagge ( circa 30-40min ) come Chia ( Su Giudeu ), Tuerredda, Sant'Antioco oppure più vicino ( circa 15min ) Porto Tramatzu, Spiaggia degli Americani ed altre calette che sono accessibili lasciando l'auto sul ciglio della strada. La casa ci è stata fornita con: biancheria da bagno e da lenzuola, tutto per cucinare ( compreso fornetto elettrico oltre al solito forno ) dalle posate ai piatti alle pentole ai bicchieri ecc.. La casa è comoda per ospitare tranquillamente 6 persone. La consiglio per la posizione strategica e per la comodità della casa stessa.
