The holiday home Sole e Mare is located in Porto Pino and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The property, spread over 2 floors, consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans in the rooms, hairdryer, mosquito nets on all windows, and a washing machine. A cot, high chair, changing table, and booster seat are also available.



The house offers two private outdoor areas, a garden, 2 fully equipped covered terraces, a barbecue, and an outdoor hot shower. The property is about 700 metres from the sea, easily reachable on foot. Essential services such as supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, and ATM are just a few metres from the house, as well as in the town of Sant'Anna Arresi and neighbouring villages. Public transport connections are easily accessible on foot.



You have free parking available on a quiet side street. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or organising parties is not permitted. Loud noises are not allowed in the afternoon and at night.
