Beautiful house in a holiday village 2 km. From Porto Pino

Lovely house in a newly built residential complex perfect for young couples and families with kids looking for relax in a quite, wild and unpolluted place. The offer is for a 70 sq.m. two-story house complete of kitchen, living room, two bathrooms (one per each floor), two bedrooms (a double bed and a bunk bed). The house id endowed with private garden, two entrances with small porticos, barbecue and sun beds, and a big swimming pool (shared inside the resort).
The house is within the Municipality of Sant’Anna Arresi though it is 1 km. far from Porto Pino beaches. The closest beach is 500 mt. from the house (see Su trigu and Su Portu). However, paradisiacal and Caribbean beaches surround the all area around Sant’Anna Arresi (Masinas 9 km. , Sant’Antioco island, a slice of heaven, 15 km, Chia, 30 km.).

The house is finely furnished to welcome you and offer the best environment to relax and enjoy your holidays.
Air conditioning in all environments, a small barbecue, two porticos, a small terrace at the first floor, sunbeds and a private gardens allow you to enjoy at best your stay. The swimming pool is available all day long.

très bon séjour

Maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Déco un peu vieillotte.Dommage que le devant de la maison soit encombré par différents objets (réfrigérateur) Les espaces verts et la piscine sont très agréables et bien entretenus. Belle vue sur les vignes. Merci à la sympathique Paolo très serviable. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben in diesem Haus wunderbare 12Tage mit unseren 3 Kindern verbracht! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage, welche täglich von einem Gärtner gepflegt wird. Das absolute Highlight ist der schöne große Pool! Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr gut und er hat uns auch viele Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Ein paar Punkte gibt es dennoch zu kritisieren! Das Haus ist zwar gut ausgestattet, aber bei unserer Ankunft war kein Spüler im Haus! Wir haben es extra wegen dieses Ausstattungsmerkmals gebucht, da wir mit 5 Personen nicht jeden Tag abspülen wollten. Wir haben den Eigentümer sofort kontaktiert und er hat uns darüber informiert, dass der Spüler kurz vorher kaputt gegangen ist und er einen Techniker beauftragt hat diesen zu reparieren. Leider wurde der Spüler während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht mehr repariert. Wir haben jetzt erst gelesen, dass wir zeitgleich FeWo direkt hätten kontaktieren müssen und nun ist es schwierig bis gar nicht möglich im Nachhinein noch den Regress zu melden! Daher nur die 2 Sterne für den Kontakt mit der Agentur. Wir hatten uns darauf verlassen, dass es der Eigentümer klärt. Es wäre daher schön, wenn sich der Kundenservice nochmal bei uns melden würde! Für die Zeit beim Abspülen, hätten wir dann doch gerne einen Discount und wir hätten uns auch gewünscht, dass uns das der Eigentümer anbietet. Weiterhin ist die Anlage nur mit 3KW Hauptschalter ausgestattet. Dies sollte unbedingt überarbeitet werden.

Très bonne location

Location très propre, hyper fonctionnelle, propriété très bien entretenue, dommage que le numéro de la villa (6) ne soit pas directement indiquée dans l'annonce (ça nous aurait fait économiser un peu de temps et des soucis en moins avec des enfants petits et fatigués du voyage) mais sinon tout était vraiment bien ! Quand je vois certaines locations en Sardaigne qui sont au double voir au triple et qui n'ont pas le tiers de l'équipement proposé dans cette maison ça laisse à réfléchir ! Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Appartamento super accessoriato!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 per 4 notti in questo appartamento. La spiaggia più vicina è a circa 2 km e le dune di Porto Pino sono a circa 4 km, quindi non è direttamente sul mare, ma è in una buona posizione per raggiungere molti posti spettacolari. La piscina in comune con le altre abitazioni è comunque sempre a disposizione, è pulita e ben tenuta. La casa è a pochi minuti di macchina da S. Anna Arresi, dove si trova di tutto (supermercati, bar, ristoranti, ecc.). Il contatto con il proprietario è stato molto diretto e immediato, ci ha fornito una piccola guida per visitare i dintorni, disponibile e veloce nelle risposte. La casa è carina, pulita e super fornita di tutto...davvero, è difficile trovare in viaggio una casa così accessoriata, è questo ti fa sentire bene. Gli spazi davanti e dietro la casa sono molto comodi per mangiare all'aperto, prendere il sole, distendersi sull'amaca e fare il barbecue. Molto bello, andateci!

Casa attrezzata

Il soggiorno in questa casa è stato piacevole per la disposizione dei locali, la comodità della doppia entrata e del giardino e il contesto in cui si trova è molto bello. L’abbiamo vissuta anche in sei (tre coppie) ed è stato comunque comodo anche per l’esistenza del secondo bagno. Ho trovato la casa molto attrezzata per quanto riguarda elettrodomestici, stoviglie e biancheria. La vicinanza del mare a circa 4 kilometri va bene anche perché la Sardegna è da visitare tutta e non solo le spiagge vicine!!!!
