"the area is nice, lots of dining options. very well located. I never really saw anyone, all contact was via WhatsApp but they were very nice and attentive. I was a little disappointed with the room though. I booked a superior room and on website those looked really nice. the room I got was pretty basic and it was at the top of some steep stairs (not Sio easy to climb with luggage)."

"The staff were fantastic particularly Stefano and Alaria. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely helpful. They helped work out the bus to catch to the beach and gave other suggestions for things to do. The location of this boutique hotel is excellent particularly in relation to the Old Town, dining and also shopping. There is a supermarket(s) close by. "Shade for breakfast area would be helpful for glare. Bit warm in there. Hotel clerk was excellent and flawless. I wish everyone was as professional, helpful and pleasant like him. He gave me free water and allowed me to check in late with no additional charge. He also spoke English which is not a given in hotels, restaurants, cabs, stores. My only wish was my hotel was located near the city center where I could walk around. Cabs are not cheap here. Because of the location of my hotel there was no tour pickup available from here. "
