"The apartment we stayed in was upstairs with a balcony. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Everything needed for our stay. Balcony area needed more comfortable furniture in general- when I asked for sun loungers, they were brought up straight away. Parking on site is excellent and very secure. No fault of the apartment owners but we did have a very noisy family next to us who let their children run around the car park and gardens until 10pm each night - not great when you want to relax...

"Lovely, well kept property in a peaceful neighbourhood/complex. Close to beach and supermarkets. Has everything you need, and having the upstairs balcony to have morning coffee was delightful as you get to enjoy the sunshine. Host looked after us well and the property is located great for exploring, not too far from Cagliari airport either. Will love to return"

"Zusammengefasst kann man sagen es lohnt sich, jedoch habe ich Fabrizio, dem Gastgeber nach unserem Aufenthalt mitgeteilt, das in der Kaffemaschine Würmer waren. Er meinte nur, dass er das der Putzfirma weiterleitet und für uns gab es keine Entschädigung oder ähnliches, da wir gezwungen waren diese sauber zu machen. Auch ist seine seine Unterkunftsbeschreibung teilweise nicht richtig ist. Beispielsweise gibt es gar keine Spülmaschine, was für uns ein ausschlaggebender Punkt für die Unterkuntswahl...

"Schon der schriftliche Kontakt mit Efisio und seiner Frau Maria vorher war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Dann die Begrüßung vor Ort super herzlich (mit selbstgemachter Marmelade, Wasser und Bier im Kühlschrank!) und die absolute Sauberkeit im Haus waren echt beeindruckend! Die FeWo im oberen Teil des Hauses ist wirklich sehr groß und geräumig. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Efisio war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit! Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt, da wir uns viel vom Süden...
