We stayed in January and it was freezing in our room. We did not notify the front desk so not sure if anything could have been done to correct ...

The check in process was perfect, they even let us in before noon, which was perfect. The area is not great, nothing within walking distance, you need a car to moce around. The room was fine, but the barhroom was small.
