"This review goes to Elena, who worked miracles and helped me fix a mistake on my booking. I accidentally selected the wrong dates but the hotel had a no-cancellation policy. Even though I called within the hour, neither Expedia nor the hotel could find a solution. Weeks later, after hours waiting on hold, the issue was escalated to Elena. She found a solution that worked without constantly reiterating that "these are the rules." If it wasn't for her, I would be displeased with this hotel. Thank you!!! Overall, this is a nice, quiet, well kept hotel. There is a lovely pool on the roof with beautiful views. The gym is tiny, but has the basics for a quick workout. It is in a residential area but was about a 15 minute walk to Primavera Sound. We booked 3 months in advance and the prices were high for those dates so I recommend booking this hotel even earlier for that weekend."

"We had a great stay at this location. The only downside to this place is you have to pay to use the jacuzzi and fitness center. This was not clear when I booked our stay. If you plan on using the jacuzzi or fitness center, you will have to pay as well as pay another fee to use a towel. Other than this, we had a great time."
