Let me start with this review with the director/Manager of the Hotel ANDREA, she was always in communication with the guests, especially when there was an issue or problem. In my point of view, she has handled and directed the hotel with professionalism and integrity to the point that I will definitely come back next year. Regarding, the hotel staff, they were the best, they treated me with respect and made me feel like I was at home.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

The staff at the pool bar and pool servers were the best they treated me like I did want to go home anymore, Julian was one best manager I’ve seen handling the busy bar at all times.
