The apartment of 50m2 is in the Sot del Morer urbanization of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach, 10min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is located on the first floor with garden and sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach. The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people. There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Great accomodation

Apartment was really nice, the location is Incredible but the floor was a little dirty and the bedroom cabinet make a noise which can be annoying. Overal, price was great for the apartament. Close to the train and beach. I highly reccomend it!

Appartement tres propre, attention aux doigts pour l'ouverture de la porte. Acces rapide a la plage par passage souterrain. Parking sous sol appreciable avec ascenseur. Comme beaucoup d'appartement espagnol, ceux ci sont mal insonorisés, mais la résidence est calme. Bon sejour

Nicht schlecht, aber schlechter als auf den Bildern

Der Aufenthalt war ok, aber die Wohnung ist in einem etwas schlechteren Zustand als die Bilder es vermuten lassen. Die Gegend ist ok, aber schon etwas abseits, dementsprechend ist auch so gut wie nichts los. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass da eine Bahn ist, welche sehr günstig direkt bis nach Barcelona fährt. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt, aber die Unterführung dahin ist doch recht dreckig. Auch die Wohnung selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Elektrogeräte wie zB der Backofen funktionieren nicht richtig. Sonst war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt, kann man empfehlen.

Le village est très joli. Du caractère et suffisamment de lieux où se promener et où dîner le soir. L immeuble est très bien situé un peu en retrait mais à 5mn à pied de la plage avec vue très reposante sur une jolie colline de pins. Appartement très bien conçu la décoration dans des camaïeux de blanc bleu et gris est discrète et de bon goût. La communication par mail très facile. Réponses et disponibilité de tous les correspondants.

ich möchte meine Erfahrung kurz in positiven und negativen Punkten aufteilen. + Lage: direkt am Strand, 2min zu Fuß+ Empfang von Anna sehr unkompliziert + Kontakt super, immer schnelle Rückmeldung + Küche gut ausgestattet- uns wurde versichert der Hund kann an den Strand, dort sind aber Hunde verboten und es bestehen Kontrollen (Rabatt wurde uns daraufhin angeboten). - die Wohnung ist leider an einigen Stellen sehr dreckig. Oberflächlich sauber, aber bloß nicht genauer hinsehen. - Wi-Fi ging 2 Tage nicht, Balkontür auch Kaputt (auf das fehlende Wifi wurden wir hingewiesen). - Die Anzeige wirbt mit 40min nach Barcelona mit dem Zug. Tatsächlich braucht dieser über eine Stunde.
