After the forest fire of July 1998 was a decision: if one suffers from trying to land, you must look at the sky. Now, attached to the ruins of the ancient castle of Montedono, a telescope of 400 mm. diameter, equipped and controlled automatically, allowing observation of the universe. The stars, nebulae and galaxies are easily observable. The refractor has sunscreen. The observatory dome with a diameter of 5 feet, was built in 2004 for public institutions to help agritourism in the area.

Excellent location after visiting the monastery in the afternoon. Room clean, restaurants and supermarket nearby and very responsive host. Just make sure you don't take the gondola down because it's one station by train (L5) away!

The Castle of Cardona is arguably the most important medieval fortress in Catalonia and one of the most important in Spain. It is situated on a hill overlooking the river valley of the Cardener and the town of Cardona. The fortress was initially constructed by Wilfred the Hairy in 886. It is in both the Romanesque and Gothic styles, and includes the so-called Sala Dorada and Sala dels Entresols.

I es que, després de molt temps <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/eldelinux/3199065852/in/set-72157617965014687">d'haver visitat per primera vegada aquest punt</a>, vaig decidir de tornar-hi per fotografiar el saler. I es que lo bo es fa esperar, ja que quan pensava que se'm havia escapat pels pels, va aparèixer. A la foto la 254.03 amb el saler Súria-Iberpotash -> Martorell-Solvay al viaducte del torrent de la Bogadella. Otra foto que estava pendiente. Y es que, después de mucho tiempo <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/eldelinux/3199065852/in/set-72157617965014687">de haber visitado por primera vez este punto</a>, dicidí de volver para fotografiar el salero. Y es que lo bueno se hace esperar, ya que cuando pensaba en que se me había escapado por los pelos, apareció. En la foto la 254.03 con el salero Súria-Iberpotash -> Martorell-Solvay en el viaducto del torrente de la Bogadella.
