Charming detached villa with a private pool and garden in a quiet residential area, just a 5-minute walk from Sa Coma beach and the town center.
This cozy house is distributed over two floors and offers an ideal atmosphere for families and groups looking for peace and comfort near the sea.
Outside, you will find a beautiful garden and a large pool protected by a perimeter fence, perfect for ensuring the safety of young children.
In addition, the garden features a spacious furnished porch, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals, along with an outdoor bathroom equipped with a shower.
Inside, on the ground floor, the house has a cozy and bright independent living room, ideal for relaxation. The modern and fully equipped kitchen-dining room offers direct access to the porch and garden, making indoor and outdoor living seamless. This floor also includes a double bedroom with a double bed (1.60x2,00 m) and a full bathroom.
On the upper floor, the layout offers three double bedrooms. One of them has a double bed (1.60x2.00 m), while the other two are equipped with single beds (90x2.00 m). This floor is complemented by a full bathroom with a spacious, modern shower.

Villa Sophia which we stayed at in may was wonderful, the cleanliness was perfect, location was perfect, the owner Jeronimo has thought of everything down to the smallest detail, the outside with the pool is beautiful and everything is catered for there is an outdoor shower ,an indoor shower with toilets next to it, with a room full of toys padding pool buckets and spad beach towel to mention just a few, the inside is decorated to perfect and the kitchen has everything you will ever need. I can’t rate this villa highly enough and myself and my family would go back in a heartbeat , the owner went over and above for us he allowed us to leave our luggage until we were collected which was so kind of him, thank you once again for your generosity and hope to see you again soon.

Absolutely lovely stay in this beautiful villa. Cannot fault it at all. There was an abundance of linen, towels, beach towels, and all the glassware etc you could need. The salt water pool is large (5 x 10m) and clean (and was cleaned again a few days into our stay) - the kids loved it.
Great host, who had water, some fizzy drinks, a bowl of fruit, and a beautiful fresh Mallorcan pastry for us upon arrival.
The villa is in a great location - a 2 minute stroll to the nearest shop, 3 minutes to the nearest pub (Irish Bar), and 4 minutes to the beach.
I'd recommend anybody staying to try to avoid the Spar shops for water and food, as they are rather expensive. There is a proper supermarket (called Carrefour), which is about a 10 minute walk away. Get you groceries from there to avoid those hefty Spar bills.
Will definitely revisit if they'll have us! Highly recommended.

Ein tolles super sauberes Haus und sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort. Der Besitzer hat uns zur Begrüßung Kuchen, Obst und Getränke geschenkt. Das einzig kleine Manko war, dass nachdem 4 Personen (kurz) geduscht haben, war kein warmes Wasser mehr da. Sonst absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir fühlen uns wie zuhause :) Tolle Finca mit perfekter Sauberkeit!! Lage einfach super am Rand von Sa Coma mit kurzem Weg zum Ort und Strand. Wohlfühlen ist hier super einfach. Pool im Oktober etwas kühl, aber erfrischend. Durchgelegene Liegen am Pool wurden innerhalb eines Tages ausgetauscht (war das einzige was nicht dem hohen Anspruch und Ausstattung der Villa entsprach). Betreuung ganz toll. Werden wieder kommen, wenn unsere Reisezeiten passen….ich hoffe das ist ganz bald :)

Tolles und sehr sauberes Haus. Nach mehrmaligem Aufenthalt fühlen wir uns innerhalb von 2 Minuten wie Zuhause! Man ist schnell am Strand und bei einigen Geschäften (3-5 Min. zu Fuss). Daher kann es aber auch oftmals etwas lauter werden durch Reisebusse oder anliefernde LKW‘s. Pool und Ausstattung der Finca sind absolut top, einzig die Matratzen sind teilweise sehr weich und könnten mal ersetzt werden. Wir Kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus! Wir waren im letzten Jahr das erste mal dort und kommen seitdem immer wieder. Für nächstes Jahr ist ebenfalls schon gebucht! Extrem sauber, toller Empfang mit Obst, Getränken und Kuchen. Ca. 5 Min zum Strand von Sa Coma. Ruhige Lage, bis auf zeitweilige Störung durch extremes Hundegebell. Ausstattung des Hauses ist 1A, einzig haben uns Schnapsgläser und Eierbecher gefehlt. Wohlfühlen wird hier groß geschrieben und wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf das Wiedersehen! Ganz lieben Dank an die netten Ansprechpartner bei Villas Planet und dem Eigentümer Geronimo!
