Bright living-dining room with fully furnished open mod. American kitchen, bedroom with sea view and magical sunrise. Additional sofa bed for guests in the living room, modern bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Elevator.
Short walk to the nature reserve and the town center. Good shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Perfect

An excellent modern clean apartment. Excellently positioned, with the beach, local shops and restaurants all on its doorstep. A beautiful place to stay with stunning views from the apartment balcony. Would highly recommend and will certainly return again.

From communication to hand over, cleanliness, comfort, leaving procedure and interior design this flat is absolutely nice. It has everything you need for a comfortable and nice holiday also for two adult people. Clean recommendation from my side.

Appartement entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung, sowohl hinsichtlich der Lage als auch der Ausstattung. Habe nichts vermisst. Sehr gute Matratze. Erwartungsgemäß zeichnet sich der Ort durch die vielen Hotels und noch mehr Supermärkte und Essensmöglichkeiten entlang der Promenade aus. Richtig viel Schönes gibt es nicht, ist halt ein reiner Touri-Ort. Überraschend überwiegend in englischer Hand, war aber kein Problem

Einfach perfekt

Die Beschreibung der FeWo hat nicht zuviel versprochen. Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand. Gepflegtes Haus, gepflegte und gemütliche Einrichtung. In der Küche war alles benötigte vorhanden. Sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr netter Kontakt, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Ein traumhafter Urlaub – absolut empfehlenswert!Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Egal ob jung oder alt, hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Alles, was man braucht, befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe: Lidl und zahlreiche Spar-Märkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Eine schöne Einkaufspromenade ist nur etwa fünf Minuten entfernt. Trotzdem war es in unserer Unterkunft angenehm ruhig – das einzige, was wir hörten, war das beruhigende Rauschen der Wellen.Auch für Nachtschwärmer gibt es in der Umgebung einen tollen Club, und wer lieber entspannte Abende genießt, findet eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Bars. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Sportsman Bar.Die Wohnung selbst ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts! Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig problemlos, auch wenn wir erst spät abends ankamen und mitten in der Nacht abreisen mussten. Die Betreuung vor Ort war herzlich und aufmerksam – wir wurden sogar per WhatsApp kontaktiert, um sicherzustellen, dass alles in Ordnung ist.Ein besonderes Highlight war die traumhafte Aussicht. Mit dem Mietwagen – den wir sehr empfehlen können – konnten wir die Insel in vollen Zügen entdecken.Alles in allem war es ein unvergesslich schöner Urlaub!

Top Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine Top Lage. Es ist ruhig, aber trotzdem alles schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in perfekter Lage und verfügt über alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Vom Sonnenschirm bis zur voll ausgestatteten Küche war alles vorhanden. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und der Ausblick vom Balkon war hervorragend! 5/5! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wundervolle Woche

Die Wohnung hat underen Urlaub zum Traumurlaub gemacht. Gelegen direkt an der Strandpromenade liegt sie aber grade weit genug weg vom Trubel der Bars und Restausrans das man nicht gestört wird, sie aber in einem kurzen 5-10 Minuten Spaziergang erreichten kann. Ein kleiner Spar im Haus versorgt einen mit allem was man kurzfristig braucht. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat einen großen Ballkon zum grillen und sonnenbaden. Parkplätze für einen Mietauto sind reichlich vorhanden. Wer es Ruhiger mag hat einen schönen Wanderweg durch die Natur zu einer kleinen Burgruine der Fast direkt am Haus beginnt. Einziger Minuspunkt ist das WLan das leider begrenzt ist und zum Ende des Monat ggf aufgebraucht ist.

Akzeptable moderne Unterkunft für 2 Personen

Das Appartmenthaus SA MANIGA ist schon mal schwer zu finden, trotz angegebener Adresse. In Spanien sind Straßennamen und Hausnummern eher selten. Die Appartements sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber architektonisch misslungen: ein „gefangenes“ Bad ohne Tageslicht, ohne Entlüftung, ohne Heizung. Einrichtung und Ausstattung wie beschrieben, alles vorhanden. Ost-Lage verschafft einem ein wenig Morgensonne. Schöner Meerblick. 2. OG ist nicht so prickelnd, aber OK.

Gemütliches Appartement mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Hier merkt man, dass der Besitzer sich Gedanken gemacht hat, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist herrlich, das Meeresrauschen hat uns immer begleitet. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Die Betreuung vor Ort funktioniert einwandfrei. Frau Heinrich ist sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel, sie steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Gerne werden wir wieder hier herkommen.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Ein sehr schönes Appartement direkt an der Strandpromenade. Es ist alles, was man für einen Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung braucht, vorhanden und günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Mercadonna) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und die Übergaben vor Ort mit Petra Heinrich verliefen völlig problemlos. Eine Top-Adresse für einen gelungenen Urlaub.

Schöne Wohnung mit phantastischem Ausblick
