Detached villa with private pool in street closed to traffic with automatic doors, situated on a high mountain facing the sea surrounded by pine trees, is part of a residential complex with swimming pool and tennis community, between the beaches of Cala Moli and Cala Tarida, with magnificent views of the sea, islands and S'Espartar Bledas. All West Coast beaches are within a maximum radius of 10 km (1.5 miles from San José de Sa Talia, 8 km from San Antonio, 10 km from the airport and 15km from Ibiza.)

The villa has an area of ​​120 m2 on a plot of 300 m2 completely fenced, featuring a large living room with TV and direct access to the terrace and private pool, fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, induction hob, washing machine , microwave, dishwasher ..), master bedroom with double bed and direct access to private pool terrace, a bathroom with natural light, guest bedroom with double bed and two single beds with separate entrance, bathroom bathroom with shower with natural light, third bedroom with double berth, large terrace with panoramic views and a pool (3 x 6), veranda furnished with dining room and outdoor Balinese beds, sun terrace, air conditioning throughout the villa, views sea, islands and S'Espartar Bledas with beautiful sunsets throughout the year.

Vacation Time in Ibiza Spain
The host and team were very gracious. The home is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. We had a wonderful place to rest when not in the Mediterranean Sea and the home was supplied with all of today's necessities. A trip of a lifetime and we hope to be back again.

Wir sind zum Zweiten mal in diesem Haus und es war wieder wunderbar. Ein großes Lob an Christina und ihren Helfer. Wir haben selten Leute gesehen, die derart gründlich reinigen. Ganz ganz klasse. Und dann wurde nach 1 Woche auch noch mal gereinigt und die Betten neu bezogen und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Sowas kennen wir garnicht. Wirklich toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Eine wunderschöne Aussicht, direkt von der Terrasse. Sehr ruhige Lage, man kann sehr gut abschalten. Villa sehr komplett eingerichtet und sehr freundliche Schlüsselübergabe von Cristina. Sollten wir die Gelegenheit haben wieder nach Ibiza zu kommen, werde wir probieren diese Villa wieder zu mieten. Wir sind vollstens zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Bis bald!
