A charming family home right on the waterfront with spectacular ocean views, just a 5-minute walk from Cala Codolar Beach and 1.2 km from Cala Conta—the latter offering the most beautiful sunsets on the entire island—located in a quiet setting.
It is a spacious, well-lit home with tasteful decor. It has 3 bedrooms—one with a double bed, another with twin beds, and another with a bunk bed—as well as three bathrooms with showers, one for each bedroom, two of which are en suite.
The kitchen is open-concept and flooded with natural light. It is equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, an induction cooktop, a teppanyaki grill, a full set of dishes, and pots and pans. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room and dining area, all part of an open-concept living-dining-kitchen space. The dining room has a table for 6 people, and the living room features a large sofa and TV. This room opens onto the pool terrace through large glass doors.
The outdoor terrace is very spacious and wraps around the entire house. In front of the house, overlooking the sea, is the pool, along with outdoor sofas and chairs. Part of the terrace is paved with white stone, and the rest is tiled. On one side is the gas grill and the laundry area; on the other side is a wooden table that seats 8 people. There are a total of three awnings, two of which are motorized and can cover the front, side, and back terraces to provide shade during the summer months.
The entrance to the house features a large front door, and cars can be parked outside on the street in front of the house. All rooms are air-conditioned, and there is a large ceiling fan in the living room. A staircase leads up to the roof terrace, which, although unfurnished, is ideal for sitting and enjoying the panoramic view or for morning yoga. For child safety reasons, there is a door on the staircase which must remain closed (use of this area is entirely at the guest’s own risk). A short 5-minute walk from the house takes you to a small beach called Playa Codolar. Cala Conta, one of the most beautiful beaches with crystal-clear water and stunning sunsets, is just a 5-minute drive away. A 20-minute walk from the house takes you to the hidden beach (featuring an authentic beach bar), a stroll along the coast where you can enjoy nature and the breathtaking sea views.
The nearest supermarket is just 5 km from the house, and in the town of San José there are further supermarkets, a pharmacy, banks, a gym, a butcher’s, a fishmonger’s, cafés and restaurants.
