The house enjoys an exceptional location, in a very private and quiet area yet very close to Ibiza Town. It is just 3 km from Ibiza Town and 3 km from Playa de'n Bossa, and 5 km from Ses Salines Beach. You can walk to the nearest supermarket (Mercadona), which is 800 m away, and the bus stop is 500 m from the house. The house offers views of the sea and Ibiza Town from the second floor; it is fully fenced and set in rural surroundings, located 3 km from Ibiza Town and less than 3 km from the nearest beaches. The house has 5 bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 people, and is divided into 2 floors as follows: The ground floor has 2 double bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped; it is very spacious with a dining area. In another spacious room, there is also a living-dining room and 1 full bathroom. From the living room, there is access to a large porch with another dining table. The upper floor has two double bedrooms with single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. There is also another very spacious bedroom with a double bed in case there are 12 guests. On this floor there is a small electric kitchenette, two full bathrooms and another spacious living-dining room, opening onto a large terrace with views of Ibiza and the sea. Outside, there is a 6 x 10 m swimming pool and a terrace, equipped with sun loungers and parasols. There is an open-plan games room with a table tennis table and a pool table, next to which is the charcoal barbecue. It also has a spacious utility room with two washing machines. You can walk to the nearest supermarket, which has a fishmonger’s and a butcher’s. It is a very comfortable house, making it easy to book a taxi.
