Lovely ibizan house recently renovated with exquisite style, located in the heart of Sant Jordi, 10 minutes from Eivissa city and airport, 5 minutes from Paya den Bossa and Las Salinas. Just 200 m away, you will find restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, wellness center, bus & taxi stations.



The villa is a typical Ibizan finca completely renovates with a modern decoration and a mix of baliness and Scandinavian style. It has 3 bedrooms with confortable beds and 2 spacious bathrooms. Besides the villa has a full equipped kitchen and a brigth living room and dining room.



Outside you will find a big swimming pool HEATED so it is perfect to enjoy during all year! Also the villa has a jacuzzi surrounded by beautiful gardens.

Great villa near Platja d'en Bossa

house is very well equipped with everything you need during your stay. The 3 rooms with double beds are spacious. Pool area is awesome and very well maintained. Great outdoor space for breakfast/dining/hanging out. Platja d'en Bossa is just 5 minutes away by car. But you will need to have a car or take a taxi. Walking there is possible but not recommended. Supermarket and some restaurants are just 200 meters way from the house. Check-in and check-out experience with Roger from eivillas was also very pleasant. The room with a single bed is very small but still enough for someone who doesn't bring too much luggage.

Schönes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Da wir sehr früh gelandet sind konnten wir unsere Koffer bereits vor Check-In abstellen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Alles prima!
