Belvilla by OYO Vista de Mar

  • This modern villa is located in St Josep de sa Talaia. Ideal for a family, it can accommodate 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms. This fully equipped villa has a private swimming pool with deckchairs to relax and enjoy.The beach of Cala Codolar is a 5-minute walk from the villa and 1.2 km from Cala Conta. A barbecue and 2 terraces offer some outdoor time with your family. Keeping your comfort in mind, air conditioning is installed in the villa. For the tiny travelers, a cot and a high chair can be rented on the villa. Guests can check in between 3-8 PM and check out is from 9-10 AM.

    Note: Pets are allowed only on request. Please consult the owner in advance regarding availability, the number of pets permitted, and the applicable fee, which may vary based on the type and size of the pet(s).

    To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: €150 for lost keys, €50 per makeup-stained towel, €50 for dirty dishes, and €100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a €100 to €250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.
