"Pros: Great location, clean and attractive common areas, and very friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet, food in Ibiza is not great. Cons: Pool and bar close early, rooms have a musty smell, bathrooms feel dated, shower temperature fluctuates between hot and cold making showers uncomfortable, mattresses are very firm, AC controls are difficult to see, and the mini fridge barely keeps items cool. There were tiny bugs but not bed bugs. Overall, this hotel is okay if you’re mainly using it as a place to sleep while spending most of your time out exploring. I spent quite a bit of time in the room and noticed several comfort and maintenance issues that affected my stay. The common areas are much nicer than the guest rooms, which could use some updating."

"This is a great hotel. Very comfortable and luxurious. Room was great, pool and beach areas were great. Breakfast was incredible. However, food and beverages were very expensive. We paid 18€ for a strawberry smoothie."

"We loved the hotel. The staff was helpful, and the food was easily some of the best all-inclusive we have had. One small issue: the kids' pool was a paddle pool for young non-swimmers, and there was 1 small pool with a 1.6m shallow end. Not suitable for young swimmers who dont need armbands."

"Rooms were very small and basic, not at all what was represented or expected of a luxury resort. When we spoke to staff about upgrade, they said this was “standard” for Ibiza. There were also no umbrellas or chairs for guests on the actual beach. The only reason for more than 1 star was the breakfast, which was consistently above average and had excellent service."

"Pros: Great location close to the airport and all the venues. The hotel being all-inclusive was convenient, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets included. The pool area was really nice, and the beach was beautiful. I also appreciated having lockers available since we arrived early and needed somewhere to store our luggage and change. Cons: Unfortunately, the service and check-in experience were extremely frustrating. We arrived around 9 a.m. and still had to stand in a 15-minute line even though I had pre-checked in. Since check-in wasn’t until 3 p.m., we understood the room might not be ready, but when we asked about early check-in we were told to come back around 1 p.m. After changing and storing our luggage, we went to the pool and later realized we needed a key card to access the beach, which meant standing in another 15–20 minute concierge line. I checked on the room again around 1:30 p.m. and it still wasn’t ready. Around 3:10 p.m. I stood in line again, and the room still wasn’t available. We finally got into a room around 3:45 p.m., only to discover mold covering the walls and ceiling. After another trip downstairs and speaking with a manager, we were eventually switched rooms, but we didn’t get settled until close to 4:30 p.m. We also received a late checkout until 12:30 because of the delays, yet housekeeping knocked at 9 a.m. and came back two more times despite the Do Not Disturb sign. For $300 a night, I expected much better service and organization."
