The kitchen, complete in electrical appliances and modern ambience, contrasts with the classic air of the typical Ibicencan house. The living room, with air conditioning and WI-FI, incorporates classic Ibicencan furniture, built-in shelves and solid wood table and chairs. A whole set that combines comfort with the greatest island atmosphere.

Two recently furnished bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, with a fresh and relaxing marine decoration. The other room, with two single beds in white stripped wood with a pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere.

The terrace has a surface area of 36 m2 which is included in the specification of the total surface area of the house. The garden area has recently been renovated. Allow yourself some RELAX time in the shade of a pergola in a Mediterranean garden atmosphere, facing the sea and with great PRIVACY.

Perfection!

Location and accommodation were so much better than we expected. Loved the outside space and listening to the waves in the morning; proximity and quality of the beaches and restaurants was amazing. Can’t wait to return - we were all smitten. Beautiful holiday home:-)

Lovely place, wonderful little beach

We had a wonderful time at this spot! The house is lovely and has an excellent patio. A short walk to a calm and family friendly beach. Great restaurants around and a useful mini mart. I hope to be able to return many more times! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Ibiza in February

Wanted a peaceful stay in Ibiza and that’s what I got….the weather was good and the villa is lovely and private with great views and lovely gardens. Pretty much everything was catered for and spotlessly clean with a good comfy bed and a great shower…parking and the road out is a lil tight so definitely no bigger than a mid size hire car Will definitely return to this beautiful part of the island and thank you for the use of your home.

Beautiful little hideaway in Cala Vadella

This is a gem of a find and we were so pleased it was available. Although the house itself is small, it has a lovely large terrace and other seating area in the grounds with amazing views. The house has everything you could need (smart TV during the storm was a bonus).

Great location

The location is fantastic and the house was just what we were looking for. If you intended to spend long periods inside the house it would be quite cramped for 4 adults but we were mainly outside on the fantastic beach or on the patios with some great views. The trees and bushes do obscure some of the views plus the sun and could benefit with some pruning. Overall though we loved the house for our stay.

Incredible location and gorgeous house with everything you need.

We have just returned from a week at Marc's property in Ibiza and I think its fair to say that it surpassed all our expectations with the crowning glory being the location. The views from the property were exceptional with the best sunsets we've ever seen. The house was very well appointed and comfortable and within an easy 2 minute walk of the beach, shops and restaurants. We had an absolutely brilliant time and hope to be back. Thank you so much for having us share your wonderful space.

Perfect beach house

Amazing property with breath taking views of the bay. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. House was prepared with baby gates for the outdoor patio. Great outdoor space and cozy interior. Not very big inside but the view and outdoor space definitely makes up for that! Overall great house for our family of four.

Fantastic!

The house is located with the best view at the bay off Cala Vedella i have ever seen. Also a few steps away from the beach, restaurants and little supermarkt where you can get in the morning fresh baked croissants and bread. We liked to sit at the end off the day with the sunset at the loungeset in the garden. The house is well equiped with everything you need. When i come back to Ibiza i will definitly rent this house again!

Didn’t want to leave!

My wife and I (and our small dog) had a magical time staying at Es Vaporet. Simone was a lovely host. The space itself has tons of outdoor space and could not be closer to the beach of Cala Vedella as well as it’s restaurants and small grocery. The short road uphill/ driveway is narrow, please tent your car accordingly. We hope to be able to return.

Gem on the beach.

Absolutely loved our stay at this fantastic house in a perfect location. My wife and I loved our time here and found the property to be ideal. The resort is great for family's and has more than enough restaurants and bars without attracting an unruly element. We would definitely come here again. I would agree with a previous review not to bring a large car as the road is very tight and the only constructive criticism I would add is that the absolutely fantastic view has now been mostly obscured by the growth of the trees and shrubs but this did not particularly effect our time here. I still give it 5/5 with thanks.

We will be back!

This apartment was such a find!!! This was our first time in Ibiza so we wanted somewhere that was relaxing and fairly quiet in the day and Cala Vadella is just that, the very short walk to the beach was the dream. The apartment itself is lovely and gives a true Spainish feel! The lady managing the apartment was always on call for any questions we had and made the check in and check out prosess very smooth! There's one car spot available which makes it very handy as there's limited car park spots available within the small town. I would only rent a normal sized car though, nothing large as the space is small. We will definitely be visiting again and staying in this apartment!

Fabulous property for a memorable holiday

The location of the villa cannot be bettered, being right on the beach and overlooking it from the lovely terrace. We swam in the crystal clear and warm waters everyday and then enjoyed a short walk to the large array of restaurants and bars in the evening. A supermarket for breakfast goods was a 500 yard stroll away each morning. We waited 2 years (because of the pandemic) for this holiday and so expectations were high and this lovely house in this beautiful town did not disappoint. Special thanks to Marc our host who was attentive and helpful at every stage and to Simone the property manager who greeted us and was on hand if we ever needed anything. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and I think we will be back!

First visit to Ibiza

Vegetation created a very private space despite being very close to the beach, but vegetation equals lots of biting insects - go prepared. Top veranda for lovely breeze with partial view of the beach. Lower patio for great sunset views: you need to like cats cause they like this space as well. Very well equipped kitchen which is vital as the few restaurants are very expensive. As the villa is almost on top of a restaurant there can be a constant smell from the extractor fans if the wind is off the sea. The villa is a great retreat from a very busy beach and its proximity meant I could stroll down to the beach before the resort was awake, swim with the bay to myself and stroll back, 5 mins villa to water's edge.
