"Stayed 3 nights and for the entire time empty bottles, dirty plates & crockery were left on second floor by the lift. No one ever cleared any of it away. Was not impressed. Both pools need maintenance as some of the tiles have broken off. Also steps down to beach area in need of tlc - cleaning, painting ..."
