This is the most lovely hotel we have ever stayed at. The pool is perfection and immaculate.

The hotel was stunning and the ladies who worked at the hotel were wonderful - so friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and upkeep was second to none and the quality of food excellent. Definitely want to return!

Small details could be improved.
The check in experience was fantastic, but some of the smaller details I expect from a hotel of this quality were overlooked. The service at breakfast was unfriendly and brisk, and while we were warmly told we could have a late check out upon checking in, on the day of checkout we were told this would incur a fee. There is no atmosphere in the restaurant which plays elevator acoustic versions of pop songs, but the food is fantastic. During my massage the window and curtain were left open meaning any one could see in, and the wifi was not strong and dropped a lot. All in all, a beautiful property and with some attention to detail and perhaps some inspiration, could be fantastic.
