"A wonderful and peaceful location, close enough to Barcelona to keep everyone interested! Property manager lovely and very helpful. Pool was an absolute delight. Cannot recommend this getaway highly enough… Nearby town of Calaf met all requirements for supermarkets and restaurants. Just wish we could have stayed for longer"

"The property is just plain cool. It has history and has a amazing personality. The owner is just a couple doors down and was so helpful, she explained everything to us and the community. We couldn’t communicate well bet she tried very hard and was so patient with us even though we couldn’t speed her language very well. "The exterior and interior of the property were lovely. On our last morning Carme provided us with a breakfast in the attic which was lovely as she had been out and got us fresh bread and pastries. The view was amazing from the breakfast table. We managed to find parking every night and was a few minutes walk away. It is situated in a lovely village which is very clean and has nice looking buildings with nice views of the countryside and mountains."

Wonderful winter holiday location

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cal Talaia. Teresa and Uli were great hosts. It felt as though we had the entire village to ourselves. The apartment was well equipped with an extensive kitchen, large dining table and comfortable beds. A great place for rest, relaxation, walking (our dogs loved it too) and appreciating the beautiful scenery. We basked in the winter sun. A highlight of our week in Glorieta was a ceramics lesson with Teresa in her studio. Her own work decorates the house and gardens and contributes a magical quality to the warm and welcoming environment. "
