Flat carefully designed to fall in love with SFG:
Exclusive apartment of 67m2 located in the center of the beautiful town of Sant Feliu de Guíxols 1km from the beach, 8km from Platja d'Aro and 33km from Girona Airport. It is on the 4th floor with elevator overlooking the quiet street from the large terrace. It has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, as well as a very cozy loft with another double bed. There is a complete bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette, flat screen TV, 100/100 Mb symmetric fiber optic wifi and free parking area in the surroundings. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and we don't accept groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

L'appartement est bien situé, bien meublé et calme. Deux points noirs : nous navions qu'un seul jeu de clés pour 5 et l'interphone ne fonctionne pas et la grande baie vitrée est un four. Il n'y a pas d'auvent ni parasol. La mezzanine est impraticable a cause dun escalier escamotable tres bruyant et peu sûr. Malgré tout nous avons aimé San Feliu où il fait bon vivre.

Appartement de bonne qualité et situé tout près du centre ville. Le mobilier est très bien et la décoration très agréable. Il manque toutefois un parasol pour profiter de la terrasse aux heures les plus chaudes et divers ustensiles de cuisine. Mais globalement cet appartement en basse saison (1ere semaine de juin) est un bon choix car n'ayant pas de parking ce serait plus compliqué de se garer pendant juillet et août, à cette période ils sont encore gratuits et pas trop comples

Die Lage vom Apartment ist Super, nur 5min zu Fuss bis zum Strand! Viele Resturants, Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet, ebenso gibt es einen kleinen Aufzug. Eher Schlecht war das es keinen Parkplatz direkt am Apartment gibt, da muss man auf umliegende Ausweichen (zu Fuss 5min, Kostenfrei), diese sind allerdings oft belegt! Die Terasse ist schön, leider ohne Sonnenschutz, was speziell morgens recht nervig sein kein! Ebenso ist die Auststattung für den Preis bescheiden!! Putzmittel, Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschine, usw. sind nicht vorhanden, da sollte für den Preis besser sein!! Aber wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub vor Ort

Clean and adécuate. The upper attic bed stair is extremo uncomfortable and very noise. Don’t recommend to sleep upstairs , they should change the stair way . Don’t put all your bags into the elevator it gets stuck

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr gut angetroffen. Schlüssel Übernahme wie Übergabe total problemlos. Die Lage ist einfach Hervorragend.alles in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Roger nochmals Danke es war einfach klasse bei dir. Gruß Jörg

Sehr stylisches Appartment mit einer tollen uneinsehbaren Terrasse und intelligenter Raumaufteilung!Super Lage, um fussläufig Sant Feliu de Guixols zu erkunden. 5 min Gehweg zum Strand, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, nachts absolute Ruhe, Weitsicht bis zum Meer!

Prachtig appartement op dr vierde etage met een kleine lift!De ruimte is mooi, goed ingericht en ligt op een paar minuten lopen van het centrum van Sant Feliu. Parkeren kan niet in de straat maar op een openbare parkeerplaats op 5 min loopafstand.
