This fantastic holiday home on the Costa del Maresme will delight you. Nestled in the attractive natural surroundings and just a few kilometres from the vibrant city of Barcelona. The house has spacious bedrooms, living room and 2 kitchens located on the upper living level and the ground floor. The wonderful terraces invite you to relax and unwind and the private pool provides cooling and bathing fun on hot summer days. Located very close to Sant Pol de Mar, which satisfies even the highest culinary demands with its exclusive 3-star restaurant. The tourist town of Calella, just 3 kilometres away, offers plenty of variety and an interesting nightlife. All the usual beach activities are on offer on the nearby beaches. You have the opportunity to go hiking in the area surrounding the property.
