This large villa is perfect for families and a gathering of friends. This villa is centrally located ensuring that you have easy access to anywhere you wish to head to on the island.

Walking into the main house you enter the open plan lounge and kitchen area. This area is modern in design and complete with all mod-cons. It is the perfect area to chill out and escape the heat of the day while preparing some food or drinks.

There are five bedrooms in total. Four of these bedrooms are in the main house (two double and two twin bedrooms). The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and the remaining three bedrooms share the family bathroom. There is AC and WiFi throughout the villa.

In the separate annexe the concertina doors open up in their entirety allowing the indoors to be very much outdoor living. The annexe has a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The outside area is the jewel of this villa. A large spacious area surrounding the swimming pool is perfect for chilling out in the cabanas catching up on those late nights.

The villa is located in a great spot where you can also easily head to the west of the island if you wish. You could head over to San Antonio for the day as well as a night out. You could also explore some of the best beaches on Ibiza's west coast including Cala Bassa and Cala Gració.

This villa is just a minute up the road from Amnesia and Privilege nightclub, so ideal for groups visiting Ibiza for its famous nightlife.

*Please note all our villas are well-equipped with a bluetooth speaker according to the sound regulations in Ibiza. Under no circumstances will outside equipment including, speakers or DJ equipment be tolerated on the premises. Penalties will apply and will result in an instant eviction with no refunds being given.

*Standard check in times are between 3pm and 5pm. While we always try to be as flexible as we can for our guests, we cannot guarantee an early check in until 24-48 hours prior to your arrival. If you want to guarantee an early check in or a late check out, we recommend booking the night before or night of your departure. Our standard check out time is 10am.

*A late check in fee of €80 is applied after 9pm.
Arrival between 21:00 and 06:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
