VILLA KUMHARAS - Amazing sunset views!!

Located in the quiet pine-clad hills near San Antonio, this villa enjoys spectacular sea views and grand Ibiza sunsets and has countless vantage points for reflection, and include a pool, multiple relaxing and outdoor dining areas and both a Mediterranean and vegetable garden - all enjoyed in the perfect privacy of the neighbour less plot.



This finca was restored in high quality, with modern comforts but a decidedly rustic, homely and creative style which includes Balinese fittings, tiles, unusual artworks and artefacts and beautiful wooden beams.



With 5 double bedrooms - 3 of which en suite making a total of 4 bathrooms - there is space enough for up to 10 people in either groups or families. For the safety of children, the very large pool can be fenced on request.



This villa is also ideal for weddings, with the top floor master bedroom including a 100 m² private terrace with the best sea views on the whole plot.

The villa is not far from the action, but its secluded location makes a car essential.



The nearest beach is the beautiful Cala Salada, only a 5-minute drive, whilst San Antonio and its shops, clubs and famous sunset strip cafes are only 10 minutes.

Villa Kumharas

Villa Kumharas is incredible. We had the most amazing stay. The photos look good but in person it’s even better. The outdoor lounge areas are so well put together, there was so much room. The designs around the place from Bali really enhance this paradise. From the hammock to the gorgeous infinity pool not to mention the breathtaking views, we wanted to stop time!! There’s some lovely cliff walks and if you’re feeling energetic, we were only delighted to make use of the table tennis table. The house inside is stunning, very clean, again, great design. Yes the road up is a little bumpy for a few minutes but it is more than worth it. I’ve been coming to Ibiza for 15 years and this is the best villa we ever stayed in. I can’t recommend it enough and we’ll definitely be back. The host Hugo is extremely helpful and accommodating, he was great to deal with and the owner Miguel is lovely!
