Property had two different pools to use and an enjoyable breakfast. The rooms were clean and tidy and room service came everyday to clean which was a plus. The only thing we found odd was wearing wristbands for the hotel throughout our stay, which made it feel like an all inclusive rather than a hotel. Staff were lovely and we would recommend for someone who wants accessibility to all the points of San Antonio.

Very different to the pictures. Staff gave me an occupied room twice then the key did not work for my room. No iron and ironing board at hotel. No water available in rooms and no room service. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean. Not many double beds so seems like hotel only has twin or two twin beds.

There were flying bugs in the lobby, ants in my room. The breakfast staff acted like they didn't want to be taking our orders, and some of them would just walk away when we approached them. The AC in our room either wasn't working, or just not strong enough. When I went swimming in the pool, there was a napkin floating in it, among other things. I had planned this trip solo, booked a twin room, and then a friend joined me, so I asked to add a person to my room 3 days prior to arriving. The hotel didn't not respond to me until the day I was supposed to check in, and never told me that it was going to cost €107 per night until I got to the hotel front desk. It was basically the same cost as adding another night to my reservation. They admitted later that if I had changed the reservation on Expedia, it would have been less, $17 per night. I will not be returning to this hotel. Ever. Not worth your money.

+Ein wunderbares Hotel direkt an der Küste! Die Infrastruktur ist hervorragend und alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Es fahren regelmässig Busse nach Ibiza Stadt und zu allen Hot-Spots in der Gegend und die Preise sind absolut bezahlbar. Die Abende hier sind einfach legendär – besonders wegen der wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge. Ein echter Hammer! Im Grossen und Ganzen ein perfektes Urlaubsparadies mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Menschen. -Das einzige manku aus unserer Sicht ist das etwas kleine Zimmer aber genug Platz für zwei Personen und die Sauberkeit von der regelmässigen Putzfrau lässt zu wünschen offen.
