Knew what I was getting as stayed here before. Served my purpose and had a good stay.. security staff abit rude and over bearing.Room was adequate and met what was required for my trip. Slight ant problem in my bathroom which also had a sewage smell. But overall a decent stay close to everything in west end and I would stay again for the type of bender weekend I was on.

Hotel was lovely, clean and modern. Had 3 single beds in one spacious room with a good size balcony side view overlooking the pool. Staff were helpful as we wanted late checkout (6pm we were allowed) Room also opposite Eden nightclub and other than a few beats couldn’t hear much music and other guests was just typical noise, nothing too loud or annoying. Only negative I have is that breakfast was cold but we used microwave to heat ours up.

This hotel has very good pricing when you take into account the location, the convenience of taxis, as well as just bars, restaurants, and amenities. On site there is a decent pool. The included breakfast is sufficient, and it is kept as clean as possible. This is my second stay here and I will definitely stay back here again when I return to Ibiza.

Stayed mon-fri this week, great hotel and great location. staff were okay, breakfast was good. The room above our rooms bathroom was leaking so our bathroom was constantly flooded, only got cleaned once on the third day in and was flooded again within an hour.

Buena relación calidad precio.Clientela mayoritariamente británica. Solo adultos.El personal es super amable y ayudan en todo El hotel esta muy cerca de la Estación de Autobús,que hace los desplazamientos muy sencillo,también a las calas.Cuando lo remodelen completamente quedará genial,mientras se disfruta de la comodidad de los colchones y su inmejorable piscina con camas y hamacas gratuitas.

Unser Zimmer war gleich neben dem Club Eden. Somit hat man Music bis 6 Uhr gehabt. Die Zimmertüren wurden ständig geknallt auch in der Nacht.

Unforgettable vacation

My stay was extremely comfortable. Always clean and smells fresh. I took some days to work and Wi-Fi didn’t let me down! Many thanks for the swimming pool view! Adorable morning and evening out of the French window. The pool and the bar are fun with great music. Location!!! My god location is posh!!! Bars and clubs are just around the corner. Bus station is from another corner. The heart of San Antonio!!! Hope to visit you again with my friends! I spend my birthday is a wonderful hotel!!!

Everything was good but 2 things have let this hotel down: 1. The breakfast was poor, the food was not kept hot, i am confident it would fail food standards. They serve between 8am til 11am, and i only went twice for breakfast for my 9 night stay, once at 9am and once at 10.30am, and both times the breakfast was poor. 2. This is advertised as an adults only hotel, my last 3 days, there were children stayingbat the hotel, this is not what I wanted to encounter when I specifically went for an adults only hotel. A formal complaint has been submitted. Other than the 2 points above, the staff, the hotel and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

Reception staff were very nice and helpful. when we got to our room it was not ready yet they let us go in and there was a massive puddle on the floor the sink was dirty and when we asked the cleaner if we could have an extra towel to clean the floor she said no there’s towels in the bathroom so she expected us to clean the floor with the towels we would dry ourselves in!! Once I explained again she gave us a towel. Bar staff at the pool were rude! We paid for the accommodation and we brought some cans from the shop to sit by the pool and drink only they came over and said no we have to buy from their bar which is stupid prices!! we aren’t all made of money we already paid for the accommodation we should atleast be able to buy drink from the shop and drink them! Overall I wouldn’t stay there again you don’t get value for money they say there’s a DJ around the poolside when there wasn’t they just played the radio. Not impressed.

Heel net hotel, goeie prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Het is een heel net hotel, met wat feestende jongeren. Beaker was heel streng op geluidsoverlast. Hotel is heel mooi en pas geleden gerenoveerd. Locatie is top!! net niet aan de drukke straat, maar wel enorm centraal gelegen. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
