In the heart of the village San Antoni de Portmany, the holiday home Can Mossènyer convinces with a fantastic outdoor area and a perfect location. The villa extends over 2 floors and has a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 7 people. It also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in all rooms and lobby), satellite TV, 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs. Despite its central location, the outdoor area of the villa offers a pure oasis of tranquillity and the perfect retreat. Relax on the sun loungers by the spacious saltwater pool, enjoy delicious meals in the fresh air on the terrace, which is equipped with a grill, or play a round of table tennis together. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are just 450 metres away and the nearest sandy beach, Cala Gració, is one kilometre or 14 minutes by car.
2 parking spaces are available on the property and on the road. Pets are allowed (upon request). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. No loud music may be played after midnight. Parties are forbidden.
