The hotel is a great location, within walkable distance to main amenities. The property could benefit from a bit of refresh and the room we got was slightly too smal for 3 guests. Reception team was amazing and extremely helpful.

Its a great spot, right next to the water and the Promenade of San Antonio. Only Downside were the 24/7 screaming UK visitors, that just loved talking all day long in the hallways, rather than in their rooms.

When we arrived at the property we were seen to promptly however, we were a little disappointed in the room in general. We found it lack anything modern and only had a few outlets which was annoying. There was no hairdryer in the room which can’t be helped but was a little inconvenient. We struggled to sleep the first night because of how loud the strip was but that isn’t the hotels fault. When we woke up first morning our bedroom floor was covered in ants and when I went down to the reception to complain the member staff seemed rather reluctant to offer a solution because the hotel was full which we understand but after a quick conversation they did offer to send the cleaner up and that was sorted. Overall our stay was only okay, staff were nice but the hotel itself is shabby, needs improvement and also needs to tell some of their clients that they’re too loud.

Struttura carina,personale sempre attento alle esigenze del cliente. Come posto è il top per Sant Antonio, a piedi si raggiungono i maggiori punti di attrazione turistica,è al centro di tutto e alle spalle ha anche un parcheggio a pagamento!!!

Me gusto la situación,las camas cómodas,el personal agradable y amable,la limpieza era correcta. La habitación en general era cómoda. Lo que no me gusto nada es que aun siendo las camas cómodas no pegué ojo,por que aun que al hotel en general le iría bien una renovación,creo que con una mínima inversión de insonorización de las habitaciones que dan a la calle ,que parece que te pasen los coches y la gente por dentro de la habitación se solucionaría este problema y mis vacaciones habrian sido perfectas. Decir que si solucionaran el tema del ruido no me importaria nada repetir. Gracias.

Nothing special

Pretty basic hotel that could do with some modernising. No bells or whistles but close to the sunset strip if that's your bag. We didn't use the pool or have breakfast so can't speak to either of those. Our friends booked a room under the impression they'd have a balcony but when they checked in the woman at reception said they had given the room to someone else and so they had to settle for one without but still paid the higher price for the room they originally wanted so they weren't too happy

Nothing - and the fact I heard some one getting beaten up by security on my first night in the room opposite to me and in the morning there was blood outside my door I did not appreciate . I honestly wouldn’t stay here .

Muy fácil llegar desde estación de buses.En borde del mar y al lado de calles céntricas, supermercados cerca. Habitación adecuada al precio, utensilios de cocina y refrigerador. Mala aislamiento acústico, desde terrazas de escucha conversación vecinos. Vigilante golpea puertas en la noche para pedir que disminuyan ruido, pero huéspedes no escuchan, al final causa más ruido el vigilante y asusta. No hay comunicación por citófono con habitaciones lo que ayudaría en este problema. E l precio corresponde a lo ofertado en general.

サンアントニのヨットハーバーを望むオーシャンビューのバルコニー付き。 客室内のWifiは無料で通信速度も全く問題なく、非常に便利でした。 キッチン、エアコンも付いていて設備としては不自由ありません。 ハウスキーピングは毎日来てくれて、これも非常に助かりました。 タクシー乗り場とバス停が近く、レンタカーで行動しない方にとっては好立地です。 価格もリーズナブルでおススメします！

The hotel is in a decent location if you plan on staying in San Antonio. The rooms are basic but with full set of apartment amenities (cooktop, plates, cups etc) No nearby parking which is a minus but there is a free parking lot about 10 mins away. Overall good if you don’t plan on spending too much time in the room and want a decent priced room
