"This beautiful old house is cosy and comfortable, a wonderful place to end up after a day's walking. Yvann is considerate and welcoming. The food was delicious and I loved the atmosphere in the house. "

"The hotel is small, ok for a night. Our room was in a 3rd floor without elevator. It was a tiny room. Mme Boussard in the reception was very kind. As far as I know only french is spoken. We did not take the breakfast as there are a couple of bars ans bakeries nearby where you can have a simple continental breakfast for a few euros. "

"Séjour très agréable au sein de l’Argence ! L’hôtel est moderne, propre et décoré avec goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses, comfortable et biens équipées. Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute. Mention spéciale pour le jardin où nous avons pu prendre l’apéritif tranquillement. Nous recommandons vivement le restaurant qui est exceptionnel ! "

"Idyllic setting with wonderful views down across the valley to Aurillac. Very welcoming and a most enjoyable stay. Our host provided us with a delicious cold platter, as she was not cooking the night of our stay. Lovely to sample the local meats and cheeses. Would definitely like to return and explore the area."

"L'accueil chez Lo Soulenquo fut sympathique, le propriétaire nous avait dressé les lits car nous étions en moto et a été très agréable. Cependant l'état du logement reste à désirer : parquet qui gondole, coussins du canapé sales tout comme les tapis de bains, pas d'ampoule donc pas de lumière dans une des chambres, pas de couteaux, poubelle non vidée entre les locataires et amas de papiers journaux dans une armoire. Bien que l'accueil soit agréable cela ne vaut pas 120€ la nuit. De plus, nous...

Nous n'avons pas testé le gastro et uniquement le bistrot qui est parfait avec des plats de qualité. Le service et l'accueil sontparfaits aussi. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec une envie de revenir."

"A really lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Check in time a little restricted as we didn’t really have time to make use of the lovely looking pool before dinner which was also quite strict with timings, I do totally understand why though as the dinner was fabulous!"

"An amazing property with an amazing host set in a beautiful town in a beautiful area. As cyclists it’s well located for some exceptionally scenic rides through the Lot gorges and to several medieval towns and villages. It’s also ideally located as a stop over point on the route from St Malo to Nice recommended in the France En Velo guide."

"The owner was super friendly and accommodated an early check-in asy room was ready. Breakfast was good with a better selection than similar hotels. The room had air conditioning which I appreciated. I didn't try the pool or restaurant, though many people were eating there when I returned from a concert."
