This is a beautiful hotel!!! The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and unique designs based on the fact that the building was originally a monastery. The staff was extremely attentive. The food was amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would absolutely stay there again!!

The property is an old church around 600 years old and stunning, the staff are excellent and full of information about the hotel and area of Urfa, located close to all sights in the area. Fatih was excellent and a great help, would recommend anyone to stay.

If Driving, Call the Staff to Get to Parking

Please alert guest that if they are driving GPS may not work and the "streets" around the hotel are extremely narrow. You need to contact the hotel in advance and arrange to meet a staff member so they can guide you to the parking lot for the hotel. The staff was great!

Yasmeen and her family did an amazing job transforming this property! This ex-monestary/chruch turned boutique hotel is gorgeous! The staff is very welcoming and super lovable! It felt like home! The Tessera is a beautifully restored Armenian monastery, and tastefully done to today's standards. The breakfast is outstanding, with endless choices, and all of good quality. The bathroom has excellent water pressure in the shower and the bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately, many/most staff do not speak English (or Spanish, or French). As a suggestion, a quick, elementary English course for staff in simple English communication would be of great help for travelers.

Tessera hotels a hidden gem in Sanliurfa, the place is so elegant and with such beautiful and tasteful decorations details. Breakfast is an amazing Turkish Delight. The place was 300 hundrend year old monastery , so you feel you are staying in such a special place. It have like 5 terraces you can enjoy the views of the town. Is close everything you have to visit in Sanliurfa. The owner Mrs.Jazmine, was so attentive with us seems we arrived. And everybody that work there we always in top of everything you will need in you stay. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU TO MAKE OUR TRIP SO SPECIAL. If your visiting Sanliurfa, please dont miss this Hotel.

Lovely people. Very helpful. Just be aware there are a lot of stairs to climb. There are a few rooms on the ground floor so if you have mobility issues, maybe ask for one of those. Also, the breakfast is pretty small. And no restaurant at night. But that’s ok. The people were so kind, it makes up for all that.

Odalar ter temiz, çalışanlar çok ilgili güler yüzlü, kahvaltısı mükemmel, tarihi ve otantik bir mekanda konaklamak çok keyifliydi. Otel Müdürü Fatih Bey ve İşletme Sahibi Yasemin Hanım konaklama boyunca sürekli yardımlarını güler yüzlerini esirgemediler, odalar çok kullanışlı, en merkezi konumda. Konforlu ve Huzurlu bir Konaklama

Çevreyi çok bilmediğimiz için başta tereddüt ederek gelsemde çok ama çok memnun kaldık. Odanın ve otelin konforu tamda beklediğimiz gibiydi. Oda gayet temiz,büyük ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Merkeze olan konumu ise oldukça güzel. Yürüyerek her yere ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Herhangi bir sorun olduğunda çalışanlar yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Biz çok memnun kalarak konakladık. Tekrar yolun düşse yine kalmayı isteyeceğim bir otel.

Wie eine Familie werden sie empfangen

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich Sie bemühen sich alles für ihre reise perfekt zu machen. Bei unsere Aufenthalt war am 2 tag der strom weg und es gab kein Generator weshalb es fast mehr als 24 std gedauert hat bis das strom wieder da war. Nach langen Diskussion mit der Rezeption hat sich die Chefin frau Yasemin gemeldet und mir ein andere Unterkunft für diese 24 std angeboten was ich natürlich angenommen habe. Der Mitarbeiter Hasan ist der zuvorkommend und zuverlässigste Mitarbeiter ob wohl er seit paar tage neu angefangen hat die andere war auch freundlich bis auf dem Manager Herr Fatih der sich selten mit ein freundlich Gesicht begrüßt hat. Das Hotel ist klein aber sehr schön. die zimmer wo ich war war etwas zu klein aber okey die Sauberkeit war sehr sauber. Ich bedanke mich an alle die sich mühe geben haben auch die chefin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Alles war sehr gut. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Die Gastfreundlichkeit war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit reichlich Auswahl! Herr Fatih hat sich extrerm viel mühe gegeben dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an das Hotelpersonal.
