Great Location, but this property should follow Hilton standards. You are charging good, but did kot keep the property clean. Cars parked and no drivers at the entrance. No attendee to help with bags. Staff inside at reception are very nice. Hilton quality is not here..

Their AC in the rooms and the lobby and restaurant seem to go out a lot during the heatwave. Bad time for no air conditioning. The room I had wasn’t properly cleaned each day so I had a dirty bathroom. Great location by the main museum and by a AVM mall. Staff was friendly and helpful. The message lady in the spa did a great job.

The room was wide and tidy,the view was beautiful looking up on the hills and the city.The location of the hotel was perfect,close to all the museums and the fishlake ,old bazar,shops and restaurants.I just wished that the room contained free breakfast .

Konumu çok iyi

Yeri çok merkezi bir otel. Üstelik kapalı otoparkı olması ayrıca çok güzel düşünülmüş. Balıklı göl olsun, müze olsun çok yakınındaydı. Ufak tefek ihtiyaçlar için alışveriş merkezi de yakınındaydı. Odalarda ufak tefek eksiklikler vardı. Su olsun, terlik olsun, kişi sayısı düşünülmemişti. Resepsiyonu arayıp talep ettik. Önceden kaldığımızda da aynı durumu yaşamıştık o zamanda havlu sayısı sıkıntı olmuştu. Yıllar geçince değişen bir şey olmamış.

Resepsiyondan başlayarak çalışanların hepsi çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oldular. Otelin lokasyonu çok iyi, otopark gibi hizmetleri gayet tatmin ediciydi. Kahvaltıyı çeşit ve nitelik bakımından (bu seviyedeki ve fiyatları yüksek bir otel için) biraz zayıf bulduğumuzu belirtmek dışında çok memnun kaldık aldığımız hizmetten.
