Look forward to this secluded holiday home with 4 bedrooms and a beautiful garden in Emmelshausen. The rustic country style creates a cozy atmosphere in which it will not be bored thanks to the many recreational opportunities for young and old. The holiday home is ideal for those who rest in a peaceful and quiet environment is important, and especially the large garden offers plenty of space for relaxation and activities.
Emmels belongs to the town of St. Vith (between Eifel and Ardennes) in the Province of Liege.
This cottage has a kitchen, 1 living and dining room with TV (47 inch Flat Screen) Apple TV, WLAN, 4 bedrooms (2 twin, 2 triples, bB cot), 1 bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. In the basement there is plus another separate shower, toilet, sink, and a very large garage, where there is a ping pong table, a foosball table and a weight bench, and there the kids find enough space to play. Outside, the large garden next to the trampoline a lot of space for ball games. Of course, belonging to the house parking lots are free of charge.

Emmels is a village in the German-speaking Community in Belgium. It consists of the two districts of Upper and Lower-Emmels Emmels which both belong to the Municipality of Saint-Vith. Emmels located approximately four kilometers northwest of the main town Sankt Vith. Both districts lie on Emmels Brook, a tributary of the Amel. The area surrounding the village is dominated by agricultural grassland. Emmels counts 727 inhabitants.

A number of interesting trails lead directly from the property into the surrounding hills. Golf The Green House Golf in St. Vith has a 9-hole Pitch & Putt golf course with a putting green and driving range. Tennis The Tennis Club St. Vith features 4 outdoor courts and 2 indoor courts, which are also tourist on reservation. Swimming An indoor pool is located in the sports and leisure center of St. Vith. The outdoor pool is located in Wiesenbach (on foot or by bicycle through the Ravelweg reach). In Bütgenbach about 20 km away, you can enjoy other water sports on the lake. Fun The East-Belgian Cart Center in Grüfflingen makes his bowling and indoor go-kart tracks for guests on rainy days.

I stayed at the house with my family (4 children). We had a great stay, the house is clean and well located to visit many nice villages. We were well received by the friendly host.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Niederemmels. Die Gastgeber sind ein sehr freundliches und liebevolles Ehepaar, sie sprechen sehr gut Deutsch und sind jederzeit für Fragen und Problemen zur Stelle. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber stetig saniert. Der Wohnbereich, die Küche und ein Bad sind auf den neusten Stand. WLAN war super. Man ist mit dem Auto auch in fünf Minuten am nächstgelegenen Einkaufsmarkt. Auch ist St. Vith ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Unternehmungen und Ausflüge.
Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort und haben insbesondere den Garten sehr genossen. Sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter, die sich schnell um unsere Anliegen gekümmert haben.
Wir haben als 5-köpfige Familie mit Hunden unseren 2-wöchigen Sommerurlaub in St. Vith verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden herzlich von der Vermieterin zum Check-in empfangen. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir jederzeit bei Fragen jemanden erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und sauber! Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Sehr guter Schlafkomfort, welcher für einen erholsamen Urlaub ja wichtig ist. Ein viertes Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Untergeschoss/Keller, dieses würde ich aber nur als „Notzimmer“ empfehlen. Unser Highlight im Haus war das dortige Klavier, welches viel bespielt wurde.
Das Grundstück ist groß und läd zum Fußball spielen ein. Allerdings ist es nicht komplett eingezäunt, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man wunderbare Wandertouren starten oder mit dem Fahrrad die Gegend erkunden. In der Region wird viel geboten, ausreichend Infomaterial ist im Haus vorhanden.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!
