"We spent 5 beautiful days at the chalet. There were 6 of us (all adults, all family) and everything was perfect. Beatrice was a wonderful host who made us feel welcome. She was super helpful and always responsive to our questions and accommodating to our needs. The house left absolutely nothing to be desired. "I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. I don’t think it was as good as other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. The room wasn’t terribly comfortable, the sofa bed we needed definitely wasn’t. The shower was poor and while I understand that you don’t need the room cleaning everyday it’s no fun waiting at reception to ask for more loo roll! I am sorry to write a less than positive review but this hotel was not a great part of our holiday - but the lovely city made it worth it. "
