1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. We were lucky enough to walk down to the dock and the boat was thankfully still running. BUT if the boat had not been we would've had...
"The place is amazing, family facilities. Kids pool, play area, lake swim, playground restaurant, washing facilities. We didnt know the concept before we go. Renting boats and bikes around, amazing family holiday. The ONLY thing is they had a wedding party on Saturday we stayed until 2am, in the restaurant, which was next to where we stayed and it was impossible to sleep! And they didnt even warn us or tell anything beforehand. "

Our car was already registered prior to our arrival so the garage door opened automatically as we arrived to the garage entrance.The reception was closed when we got there but we didn't have any problems for our check in. The check in instructions were very simple and easy to follow. The apartment atmosphere was very welcoming environment and super clean. There was a nice size of kitchen, a separated living room, good sized bedroom and bathroom for two of us. The reception opened at 08am. The desk person was very nice and polite. Overall we loved apart of me Klagenfurt and definitely recommend it to others. "
