Professional staff, welcoming and helpful.
Fresh fruit and chocolate in rooms was a nice touch . Pillows need improvement as they were too soft and no support. Rooms do get very warm even in Spring so air conditioning and air circulation need improvement. Also please have Bundnerfleisch as part of your breakfast menu.
Finally excellent bathroom amenities and appreciated the water pressure and attention to detail with fresh flowers. Enjoyed our stay !

This hotel was the most interesting place I’ve stayed at. The decor was so funky in the best way. We loved our room, and the views of Mt Pilatus were fantastic. Everybody was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was our favorite from our trip. We stayed at 3 different hotels across Italy and Switzerland, but this one had the best breakfast! Overall, 10/10!

Lovely breakfast and food options for dinner in the hotel itself! Spa is stunning and the hot tub view is stunning, has to be the best in the town! Left us a lovely gesture for my mums birthday and even pick you up from the train station!
