Our newly built chalet is situated in St. Martin by the Tennengebirge in the Salzburger LAND: St: Martin is a charming village offering a range of recreational possibilities both in summer and in winter. The “Piredt” is a unique quiet spot in front of the impressive backdrop of the Tennengebirge. The chalet stands absolutely alone – a perfect place to leave everyday life behind and treat yourself to time out.
You can end the day in the adjacent in-house spa area, with a sauna with a large panoramic windows and a private outdoor jacuzzi. There is a garden with loungers, surrounded by lush meadows and forests, with a fabulous view of the surrounding mountain world of the Tennengebirge. There are free parking spaces and a heated ski cellar.
The ground floor has an entrance area with space for coats and shoes, leading to a generous living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen: electric stove with oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The open fireplace in the cosy living room, which also has additional beds, exudes well-being. The upper floor has two bedrooms with a balcony, a bathroom with a WC, all in a modern alpine style with attention to detail, old wood and warm wooden floors. A hairdryer and TV are available.
You can treat yourselves at local restaurants in the centre about 1.5km away. On hot summer days you can cool off at the St. Martin swimming lake. There are golf courses in the area. All the ski resorts of the Salzburg sports world, Ski Amade or Dachstein West, are a short distance away by car or ski bus.
A towel service and intermediate cleaning are available free of charge on request. One basket of firewood is included. Wi-Fi is available throughout the chalet. Cosy bathrobes and bed linen are available. A welcome snack awaits you.
